When and where will Convention 2026 be held?

Convention 2026 will be held at the Marriott Orlando World Center in Orlando, Florida from Thursday, July 16 to Sunday, July 19, 2026.  

Who is eligible to attend Convention 2026?  

All independent coaches, clients and guests are welcome! Whether you’re new or a seasoned coach, all coaches are welcomed (and encouraged!) to attend Convention 2026 and connect with our community.  

What days should I travel to and from Convention 2026?  

Travel days for going to and from Convention 2026 should be on July 15 and July 19. We have active education session on July 16, 17 and through the night of the 18.  

Who is the Hotel Partner? When can I book my room? 

You can now book your room at the Marriott Orlando World Trade Center to take advantage of discounted room rates! You can book your hotel stay through this link here, or by calling 877-491-5138. Rooms are available on a first-come, first served basis. Individuals must identify themselves as being with OPTAVIA at the time the reservation is made to receive the group rate. 

Will there be Special Events & Perks at Convention 2026? 

Yes! Convention 2026 will have rewards and perks to recognize and celebrate coaches for their success in the form of event-related perks. You can view the Special Events & Perks at-a-glance in the section above. 

When can I register for Convention 2026? 

Registration is open now through July 10, 2026, to all coaches, clients, and guests. 

How much is registration for Convention 2026? 

• 3.0 Early Access Rate - $199 per person (available April 9 – May 10) 

• Standard Rate - $225 per person (available May 11 – June 30) 

• Last Chance Rate - $249 per person (available July 1-10) 

  
  

Registration for Convention is priced per person (not per business account). 

Can I cancel my registration? 

If you need to cancel your registration, you may do so through your Convention 2026 Registration Confirmation email. At the bottom of the email you will select Modify or Cancel Registration and follow the prompts. 

Cancelations will be accepted until Sunday, July 12 PT (fee may apply). Once a registration has been canceled, a refund will be processed back to the card used during registration within 3-5 business days of the cancelation. For more information on cancelation fees, please see above under the Registration Details section

Registration Rates

Registration Cancellation Policy & Fees

• Registration transfers between individuals are not permitted.  

• The last day to register for a ticket is Friday, July 10, 2026. 

Cancel Registration 

To cancel your registration, you may do so using the following steps: 

1. Go to your Convention 2026 Registration Confirmation email. 

2. Select Cancel Registration at the bottom of the email. 

3. Log in by entering your email address used at the time of registration as well as your password. 

4. Select Cancel Registration and follow the prompts.
